Celiac test

Il CELIAC TEST, è una prova allergometrica che consente, attraverso un prelievo capillare di sangue, di individuare con elevata sensibilità e specificità la possibile positività alla malattia celiaca tramite uno screening di primo livello.

L’analisi viene svolta attraverso il dosaggio degli anticorpi di classe G e A (IgG e IgA): Anticorpi Anti-transglutaminasi tissutale - Anticorpi Anti-gliadina deaminata

La celiachia è una intolleranza permanente al glutine, una proteina contenuta in frumento, farro, segale, kamut, orzo e altri cerali minori.

Il test si basa sulla valutazione degli anticorpi anti-transglutaminasi tissutale di classe A e di classe G, e gli anticorpi anti gliadina deaminata di classe A e di classe G.
